They will continue to cook and will reach the 145° degrees, which is the recommended temperature for pork. Pour 1 cup water in a 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. For optimal, take them out when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 140°(F) and place them on a plate covered with foil for 5 minutes. With your air fryer set to air fry setting, place your seasoned pork chops into the air fryer basket or tray and air fry at 400°(F) for 10-14 minutes. Do two or more batches if you’re making a large amount.

You definitely do NOT want the pork chops overlapping. However, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer. Once you’ve made the rub mix and applied it to the pork chops, they’re ready to cook.
